Dementia in its many forms is one of the fastest growing and most cruel of conditions in our society today. It’s one of those conditions which affects the lives of those who love and care for sufferers, and for whom there is often no let up from the relentless pressure. We hope to be able to offer some positive help at Holy Trinity in the form of a “Memory Cafe”. To do this effectively we will need lots of volunteers. Could you be one of them? We will have the support and training from Dementia Forward so don’t worry. We’re planning to visit a very successful memory cafe at Rothwell in Leeds on the morning of Saturday 5th May leaving Holy Trinity at 8.45 am. If you’d like to come along please let Jeremy Trigg know (Tel 451936)

Next week the office will be open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.

TRIP TO NEPAL
In November, Judith Jennings, Neal Gunn and Mike Sewell are going to Kathmandu to support Ram Prashad and see the work that the church is doing there.  Please pray for the trip, the work in Nepal and the slum schools.  We are hoping to raise funds for their work and Ram has asked if we could buy a motor bike for him.  Fundraising and prayers would be appreciated.  Please contact any of the above for fundraising ideas.  A big thank you to Sue Fairman for all her support for Ram Prashad in the past.
